Hello again folks. This gag cartoon came about when I had finished reading an article on Archaeology in the Fortean Times. The article was about the discovery of a lost Persian army in Egypt and it was a short hop to an area that interests me...Ancient Egypt. The fusion of the old and new in the humour of the gag brings the joke to life. I apologise in advance if I have the spelling of the Pharaohs name wrong, I think I got it right. The cartoon this time was drawn on the pc with Painter software and graphics tablet, not on paper with pen [I felt like a change of media!] and was coloured in Photoshop Elements. The cartoon features a simple repeat frame idea, with the second frame illuminated to show the illumination as the servant accepts the idea. This could also suggest the sun passing overhead at midday. I hope you enjoy the cartoon and please keep your eyes peeled for more. So long for now!
